All details below are provisional and will be updated from time to time.
The exhibition will be held for four days (Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th January, 2013), giving exhibitors the marketing opportunity to meet the experts in the field of Urology.
We have chosen the venue which is very specious, full air conditioned facility with large display areas so that the delegates and sales executives both will be comfortable. We will make sure that the delegates will visit the stalls to enter the scientific sessions and lunch areas.
All delegates enter through Exhibition area 1 then go to all Scientific Halls.
They will then move to Exhibition area 2 to proceed to Lunch.
They enter the Exhibition Area 1 again to re-enter the scientific area. Tea Coffee will be served in the Exhibition areas.

The Standard Items which would be provided in the Stalls of size upto size of 09 square metres are :-
1. System Table - 01 No.
2. Folding Director Canvas Chairs - 02 Nos.
3. Spotlights - 03 Nos.
4. Name on the Fascia - 01 No.
5. 5-amp Plug Point - 01 No. on request.
6. Synthetic Carpet.

Booth Visitors’ Details
Trade participants can avail of an exclusive optional feature whereby they can capture visitors to their booths and have their contact details received in a database.
There is also an optional advanced TABLET feature whereby visitors can quickly touch-select products or services they are interested from the booth.
Option 1 : Visitor details only
- Delegate walks in
- Booth Rep requests delegate to flash Entry pass on RFID Reader
- At the end of the exhibition, Booth owner gets list of delegates with contact details

- Delegate walks in
- Booth Rep hands over Tablet to delegate or walks delegate to a PC
- Requests delegate to flash Entry Pass on Tablet or RFID reader on PC

- At the end of the exhibition, Booth owner gets list of delegates with contact details & Products interested

Booth Display Branding/Advertisement : Rotating Ad display
- Rotating Display of Ads of various companies will be alternated with conference timings & other important information
- Each Ad will be 10 seconds duration
- A package (for one location) consists of a 10 second Ad slot with at least 100 repetitions per day for 4 days
- A Company can buy more than one Package- continuous or
spaced out. and for more than one location. (List of locations
given below). In other words a Company can buy more than one
10 sec slot if their ad length is longer eg if the Ad is a 30 sec Ad –
the Company buys 3 slots.
- You pay per Package, Per Location for the entire 4 days
- Content could be Images, Slides or video provided by the client
- Each ad will typically appear once every 3 minutes

- Priority for space assignment will be made on “first come first served” basis.
- The organizing committee of USICON 2013 reserves the right to make any revisions to the Floor Plan.
- The major sponsors will get preference in Prime stalls (A) and will have option of having a separate dry lab/lounge area at their disposal which is not marked this diagram.
- These spots are limited and available on first come first served basis at a price.
- Also if you commit early your logo goes on all our mailers.
- Participation in trade exhibition is mandatory to avail additional sponsorship opportunities.
- Demand Draft/ Cheque at par to be issued in favour of “USICON 2013” payable at Pune.
- Full payment while booking.
- Non adherence to the schedule may result in cancellation of allotment.
- All payments are to be made as per schedule.
- Agreement regarding use of Stall/Trade space must be signed by Authorised Signatory before handing over the stalls. (Sales Tax, Vat, Service Tax etc..)
- Stalls layout may be changed by Authorised Committee without giving any prior Notice.

It is mutually agreed that in the event of cancellation of the USICON 2013 due to fire, strikes, government regulations, war acts of god, terrorism of causes that would prevent its scheduled opening or continuance, then and there upon, this agreement will be terminated and the USICON 2013 shall determine an equitable basis for the refund of such portion of the exhibit fees as is possible, after due consideration of expenditures and commitments already made.
